As the houses number limits down to few only i see more and more people doing the same mistake over and over.I decided to make this topic to inform you about House refunds.
-House refunds will NOT be accepted if you bought a house on VIP Island while being Regular/Premium 1.
-VIP/Premium 2 bought statuses will not be accounted for if you bought them with cookies.
-VIP/Premium 2 bought statuses will not be accounted for if you bought them temporary.
-Temporary/Cookie bought Vips can't own more than 1 house,because after their time is over they will be reset without refund.
-Excuses like:I bought this house so i can sell it,I didn't know etc etc won't be accepted.
-I check VIP island every day,houses that are bought against the rules will be reset WITHOUT GETTING REFUNDS.
- Recently players have been asking for refunds for interiors that keep changing. The reason for the changes are that the previous owner or the current owner has abused a bug to get the interior for free. Unless you can provide proof you have bought the interior legitimately, you won't be able to get a refund.
- Regarding houses being sold even though you have been ingame less than a month ago. You will need to visit the house in person to avoid it being sold.
